Loan Sizes and Credit

$1,000,000 to over $500,000,000 for bankable clients with no or mitigatable limited credit issues or concerns.  We prefer quality credits, however it is not uncommon for some otherwise strong clients to have, or have had, exposure to historical or current legal disputes or credit issues.  We work with these clients to explain or mitigate any issues wherever possible.  Its always worth the conversation.

Portfolio Management, Analysis and Advisory

For some clients, a second look at their portfolios financial structures or self sourced lending arrangements, can be a project they are avoiding or would rather outsource to someone else. Changes in market conditions may provide opportunities with changes in available rates or structures and may provide improvements to terms and liquidity, and reveal opportunities.

Business and Financial Management
